Orchard-Grade Packaging
We use custom-engineered corrugated tubes that prevent stem snapping. The root balls are treated with hydration gels and wrapped in moisture-retaining natural fibers to ensure your tree stays hydrated for up to 7 days in transit.
Climate-First Dispatch
Living biology is our priority. If your region is experiencing an extreme heatwave (above 42°C) or severe flooding, we may delay dispatch by a few days to protect the plant. We will always notify you if a "Climate Hold" is placed on your order.

Dispatch Schedule
To prevent saplings from sitting in courier hubs over the weekend, we only dispatch orders on **Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays**. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will be carefully prepared and dispatched the following Monday.
